I'll thank new users to not post links for torrents and spam on this website. We made this site as a resource hub and while we may not have been very active on it in the past couple years, it doesnt mean that it's open season to use us as a makeshift blogspot to post your torrent links potentially full of viruses.
For spam it's anything that doesn't belong in the right forum or is just useless jumbles that take up space. So long as you look where you're posting first you'll be fine. First five or so times slide, anything after that gets a temp disabling of their account for about a week. That should be enough time to study the forums layout.
